Ingredients
2-4 Mahi Mahi Filets
2 tbsp. butter, divided
1 clove chopped garlic (I like the organic Gilroy garlic)
2 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds (I didn’t add any since the Teriyaki I use already has them).

2 Cans 28 oz. Organic Diced Tomatoes (Strained)
2 Cans Chili Beans (Rinsed and Strained)

Iced Blended Coffee

Ingredients
Fresh Coffee
Ice
Fat Free Half & Half
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
Sugar

Directions
Fill a high ball glass with ice, add about 3/4 full with coffee (hot or cold), add half & half, chocolate syrup and some sugar. Blend on high and add more ice if you want it thicker.

Pour and serve.
